Multi-functional Venue

Rotunda Halls are located on the ground floor, 3rd floor, and the 6th floor. The halls are suitable for exhibitions, tradeshows, conferences, meetings, banquets, and events of different nature. Each Rotunda Hall can accommodate 1,000 to 1,600 people for conferences or 80 to 100 tables for banquets. HITEC also offers quality food and beverage service to make your business event a remarkable one. A varied selection of Chinese and Western menus is available for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks, receptions, and banquets.

The halls are also superb for wedding banquets. There are numerous wedding packages that cater to your style and tastes.

Auditorium

The theatre style Auditorium is located on the 3rd floor. It offers comfortable seating for up to 702 people. The seats are arranged in a single-raked tier, allowing perfect vision of the stage. Full technical support of audio-visual, lighting and simultaneous interpretation systems are available. Spacious foyer gives ample space for cocktail, group registrations and reception committees. HITEC staff will design various meeting packages that will fulfill your event needs.

Meeting Rooms

17 separate meeting rooms are located on the 6th floor and 7th floor, which provide 600 to 3,020 square feet (56 to 281 square metres) of space. They provide the perfect environment for small to large-scale conferences, meetings, and events of different nature. Registration areas are available for reception committees. HITEC staff will tailor different meeting packages that can cater for different function needs.
