HITEC – the flagship property development of Hopewell Holdings Limited – is located at the heart of Kowloon Bay. The new EMax, which opened in 2007 with more than 900,000 sq. ft. of floor area, is set to become Hong Kong's entertainment and shopping focal point. EMax is made up of eight floors: B3, B2, B1, G/F to 6/F of HITEC.

The newly launched Star Hall is designed to house 3,600 audiences, which is a leading world class venue for world class concerts and events. With EMax as un-separable partner, spectators can enjoy one-stop entertainment and shopping experience before or after shows at Star Hall and other HITEC facilities.
Xi Shan
Xi Shan chooses the best food from all over the world to be its cooking ingredients. And the chefs keep the traditional Chinese cooking techniques and methods to improve the creation of new cuisines. For example, the chef will add some shark fins to dim sum in order to make the commonest dim sum to be more special and exquisite. Besides that, monosodium glutamate will not be used and guarantees the ingredients are all fresh and healthy.
